HYPNOTHERAPY & COACHING FEES

For coaching to be fully effective a series of 4 - 12 sessions is recommended on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and costs £45. It can be face to face or by telephone.

The amount of hypnotherapy sessions required depends on the nature of the particular problem. All that can be said is that often - in the breaking of the smoking habit, for example, a single session will suffice, whereas other, more lifelong problems may need a series of consultations. Hypnotherapy for childbirth usually consists of 4 sessions, 3 pre-birth and 1 post-birth.

Hypnotherapy  - £45 per session

Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy - £45 per session

Hypnotherapy 4 childbirth - £55 per session CD's may be included

Past life regression session - £55 per session

One off stop smoking session - £100 including CD

Virtual Gastric Band - £300 for a four session approach includes 2 CD's

Hynotherapy courses for weight management and pregnancy & childbirth.
